Love in the Time of Covid - Wedding Photography during the Pandemic
Post Date: Monday, 22 February 2021
What. A. Year. We couldn't have predicted it, imagined it, dreamed it up, or in any way have known what this would mean for all our lovely couples. We went from shooting what should have been 20+ weddings, to 5. We had tears, facemasks, rain, social distancing, garden receptions with 2 meter sections roped off, some weddings where there was no walking down the aisle, no speeches, no party, no hugs. We had weddings with 30, 15, 10 and even 7 guests. But guess what? We also had tears of the good kind, we had laughter, smiles, sunshine, love, we had TIME to relax and get all the shots we wanted, and all of it at these beautiful, intimate weddings at which the things which are really important shone through. To all my future couples - keep going! and check out the smiles on the faces of this lot to reassure you your special day will be everything you ever wanted.

, ,Sproughton Tithe Barn Suffolk wedding - Pete and Julia

It's always extra special to be able to shoot our friend's weddings, and Julia & Pete's last year was a top notch one. We always knew Julia was going to make a stunning bride (and Pete scrubbed up ok too 😋!) Sam shot most of the day and reception at Tithe barn, sproughton, then I joined for an amazing photoshoot in the countryside at Sproughton and Burstall. The rolling hills and Julia's fairytale dress made for some of our favourite pictures
